Writing business and project plans

A strategic business plan answers the following questions:
1. Where do we stand today?
2. Where do we go, where could / would we go?
3. How do we get there?

Business plans or reports can be internally or externally oriented, for profit organizations or organizations without focus on profit. They can also focus on more operational projects, in which case they are called project proposals.

A simple business plan is a minimum requirement for the application of an ezone status. A more comprehensive business plan is desirable for a starting business to provide a better understanding in the (local) business area of the company and for funding requests.
Project proposals focus on charting the project in detail like project results, activities, budget, planning and risk analysis.
